The Advanced Micro and Nano Devices Laboratory, affiliated with the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at Marmara University, was established in 2024. The laboratory conducts research on the development of semiconductor devices at the nano- and microscale, as well as the optimization of their manufacturing processes.

In particular, leveraging its Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) system, the laboratory focuses on the production and performance optimization of SiC- and GaN-based semiconductor devices. In this context, it operates in collaboration with YİTAL, one of Turkey’s leading semiconductor research centers.
